Whatcha need:
Plan Greek non fat yogurt, 3/4 cups
Organic apple spice granola, 1/2 cup
Small organic apple chopped, 1/2 cup
Almond butter, 1 TBSP
Cranberries, 1 TBSP
Apple spice, sprinkle (or two)
Honey, drizzzle
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and EAT IT!
For those who use the portion control container system:
1 Red
1/2 purple
2 TSP
1/2 yellow
