Bottom line, your saving TONS of calories by switching to either black coffee or coffee with unsweetened almond milk! Refer back to my blog about ways that I flavor up my café :)
Think about it: 20 calories per tablespoon of half & half and 16 calories per tablespoon of sugar....
SO, if you have 2 cups of coffee a day with 2 TBS of half & half and 1 TBS of sugar 7 days a week, that is 784 calories!!! If you have 3 cups a day, you are looking at 1,176 calories.. YIKES
Lets replace your fixin's with unsweetened almond milk! 4 calories per 2 TBS equals to 56 calories per week if you drink 2 cups a day! HMMMM
