Tis is the season for soup as well as anything to warm us up! I’m a huge fan of PHO but I do know there’s added sodium and generally, I like to eat things that are a little cleaner! This isn’t the real deal but it cuts it close! And you can add your own stuff based on what you like.
Here’s whatcha need:
2 cups vegetable broth
2 cups water
2 cups chopped veggies (your choice) I chose.. green onion, green beans and mini carrots
1 tsp amino acids
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic (minced)
Rice pad Thai noodles
Sriracha
Pinch of salt
Whatcha do:
Bring broth and water to a boil
Add salt and spices, garlic
Add veggies and boil for 5 minutes
Add noodles and boil for 2 minutes
