My story!

Before my health and fitness journey started, I was living in New York City, working my way up the corporate ladder at Dow Jones. I enjoyed my job but knew there was something missing. I had absolutely no passion for what I was doing. I wanted to help others but also have a successful business. I was a bit lost to say the least. But was hopeful that I would find my gig.

When I moved back from New York City to Portland Oregon and became a spin instructor! I was ADDICTED to spin and loved how I was able to motivate others! A year later and 8 classes a week I was put on five medications for overworking out and not eating well. I trashed my body on the inside. I smoked to lose weight, drank way too much and struggled with binge eating.

So I needed a change. I was NOT going to have to take 5 medications for the rest of my life. Scrolling through social media one day I saw someone I went to high school post about portion control, clean eating and getting paid to get healthy.. I was IN! Skeptical, but IN! I needed a change and this was it!

In 6 months, I was able to go off ALL my medications. I lost 31 inches. 8 pounds and gained my health back! Through the virtual community, I gained my life back along with several other ladies who wanted health just as bad as I did!

It's been such an incredible journey! It hasn't always been easy but its been worth it! And I hope to inspire others out there who want to find something that gives them passion, that they TOO can have their health and live a lifestyle by balance!
