I use cinnamon on everything! On food, desserts and in my coffee.
-Packed with tons of antioxidants
-Is an anti inflammatory
-Support insulin levels, which helps with metabolism
-Lows blood sugar levels
-Helps fight bacteria and is an anti fungal
I use about 1/2 of a teaspoon a day in my food. I love it, it doesn't taste terrible either 😉
