Baked Spaghetti Squash Boats

Baked Spaghetti Squash Boats

1 large ripe spaghetti squash
1/4 cup onion
1 cup chopped zucchini
1 cup chopped bell pepper
Olive oil, pepper & mice garlic

Lean ground beef
garlic powder & Italian seasoning
1 cups warm marinara sauce
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan

Preheat oven to 350°. Cut the squash in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds and fibers with a spoon. Place on a baking sheet, cut side up and sprinkle with pepper and seasonings (Italian no salt seasonings).  Roast about an hour or until the skin gives easily under pressure and the inside is tender.

Meanwhile, while the squash is roasting, season beef with pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Heat a pan over medium-high heat, cook veggies with beef for about 10 minutes until meat is cooked and veggies are soft. Add marinara and let simmer

Remove the spaghetti squash from the oven or microwave and carefully fluff the spaghetti-like strands on each half with a fork, leaving the squash in the shell. Season with pepper.

Take meat mixture and top spaghetti squash with two heaping's on each side, then top with cheese and place back into the oven on broil and cook until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes

ENJOY!!!

Gluten free dessert quesadilla

I have the biggest sweet tooth! I try to keep it gluten free but bring on the DARK chocolate ✔️✔️  2 corn tortillas  1 tablespoons dark chocolate chips  1/2 banana sliced  1 tsp of coconut sugar  1 tsp butter (spray butter)  Two pumps of spray butter on pan Place corn tortillas on pan and sprinkle half of the coconut sugar with sho plate chips on one side of tortilla  Place sliced bananas on top and add remaining ingredients and place other tortilla on top.  Take a spatula and press firmly on quesadilla, flip and repeat!  Slice and enjoy!  For those doing the 21 day fix:  1 yellow  1 purple  2 tablespoons  The sugar is technically a "cheat" but let's get real ;)
My sister posted this article and I have had a TON of people ask me for a comparison in herbalife and Shakeology. This article is great and proves that PURE ingredients are not cheap. The most frequent question I get ask is "why is shakeology so expensive." When you break the cost down, Shakeology is about $4 a day.. Thats a coffee, snack and less than a meal. I personally would rather spend more money and NOT get fake sugars, chemicals and additives. If your current protein shake or meal replacement shake has any soy, its is the CHEAPEST! I encourage each of you to take a look into what you are feeding your body, it may be the most "cost effective" but your body does not get any benefit to it!! faq-shakeology-vs-herbalife

Coffee updates! FOOD CRAVINGS

Yesterday I posted about spicing up your coffee and I had a hit this morning by putting coconut oil in my coffee and with dairy free coconut creamer. It was seriously delightful! Not to mention its great for you, it has been said that if you consume coconut oil your metabolism increases throughout the day! Try it :) Let me know if you have done this before. Also, I found this interesting! I crave foods that I should not be eating ALL the time, this list totally makes so much sense. I will give it a try and let you know what I come up with. I crave sugar mostly so I really need to dial it in on what to put in my body when this happens. Normally, wine does the trick but does that count as fresh fruit ;)         Here is the article if any of you want to read more in-depthly!   http://www.herbs-info.com/blog/what-food-cravings-are-telling-you-about-your-nutrition/
