Healthy WENDY'S frosting

Feels like summer!!  What do we crave during summer? Sweet cold treats ;)  I got one for ya!  Chocolate “Frosty” Shakeology, taste better than the one's from wendy's.  Ingredients: 1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology or vanilla, or other meal replacement powder.  12 oz. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (if unflavored, add 1 tsp Vanilla flavoring) 1 Frozen* Banana (half is sufficient, but this is to taste/texture preference) 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract  Ice cubes (a handful or so to your likeness) *A really ripe frozen banana will blend to the best thick consistency, but I have tried this with a nearly ripe banana + ice and it will work, just isn’t spot-on to my faux-“Frosty” taste.  :) Directions: Pour Almond Milk in blender, top with remaining ingredients. (for the best blending, always put your liquid in the bottom and frozen fruit/ice on the very top.) Blend, add ice and blend further to your desired thickness. Put in freezer for 15 minutes ENJOY!

NO SALT bomb seasonings!

Ok I use the for breakfast, lunch and dinner!! It add TONS of flavor without the cholesterol and fat! Costco, I promise, can't go wrong!!!

Gluten free dessert quesadilla

I have the biggest sweet tooth! I try to keep it gluten free but bring on the DARK chocolate ✔️✔️  2 corn tortillas  1 tablespoons dark chocolate chips  1/2 banana sliced  1 tsp of coconut sugar  1 tsp butter (spray butter)  Two pumps of spray butter on pan Place corn tortillas on pan and sprinkle half of the coconut sugar with sho plate chips on one side of tortilla  Place sliced bananas on top and add remaining ingredients and place other tortilla on top.  Take a spatula and press firmly on quesadilla, flip and repeat!  Slice and enjoy!  For those doing the 21 day fix:  1 yellow  1 purple  2 tablespoons  The sugar is technically a "cheat" but let's get real ;)

BURGER N' GREENS

I LOVE burgers! Especially blue cheese burgers :)  Here is a great recipe for a healthy burger n' greens!  Ingredients:  1 pound of lean organic ground beef  2 tsp of no salt seasonings ( I use the kirkland brand from costco)  4 tbsp avocado oil  1 cup sliced mushrooms  1/2 cup diced onions  4 cups leafy arugula  8 sliced tomatoes  1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles  Makes 4 burgers n' greens  21 day fix users: 1 red, 2 green, 1 blue and 1 tsp of avocado oil  I first quarter the meat to make patties  Season the meat with NO SALT seasonings: Using 2 tbs of avocado oil, grill with sliced mushrooms and onions.  Portion out your arugula, tomato and blue cheese crumbles. I use the 21 day fix program to measure out the portion sizes.  A quarter of the cooked burger counts as 1 red, which is protein.  Top with blue green while in pan, allow to melt. Top arugula and tomato with grilled blue cheese burg
