Throughout the summer months I've been trying to keep my meal plans pretty similar do to the summer festivities. Here is my go to summer meal plan with breakfast-afternoon snack time, so I can keep it dialed in with tons of flavor:
Breakfast:
1 scoop vegan vanilla Shakeology
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup spinach
10oz of water
Ice
Blend and do
Snack:
Plain green yogurt
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Toasted coconut
Cinnamon
Lunch:
Ground turkey and chicken burgers with chopped zucchini, onion and spices
Parmesan crusted green beans
Brown rice
Snack:
Egg cups
With 2 eggs, peppers, geeen onion and sprinkled cheese
Dinner changes each night but I mostly do meat and veggies with a glass of wine 😉
