Coconut water supports the body!

Look at what coconut water can do for you! Honestly, I only use to drink this when I was hungover hehe.. But now I after reading this article, I know that I need to add this to my diet more often. And by drinking sweetened ones but the normal coconut water. Does anyone drink this regularly??  1. Improving Heart & Kidney Health-  Reduces risk of hypertension and strokes. Girl Scout cookies..

These damn Girl Scout cookie stands at each and every store is really getting to me, I haven't cracked yet. I'm trying to figure out how long I can go without a few boxes, my favorite one being the Samoa cookie. So I made a chocolate shakeology Samoa shake for lunch and my craving is officially cured, I don't know how long that will last but at least it's good for a few?? Recipe is in the picture!! 

Coffee updates! FOOD CRAVINGS

Yesterday I posted about spicing up your coffee and I had a hit this morning by putting coconut oil in my coffee and with dairy free coconut creamer. It was seriously delightful! Not to mention its great for you, it has been said that if you consume coconut oil your metabolism increases throughout the day! Try it :) Let me know if you have done this before. Also, I found this interesting! I crave foods that I should not be eating ALL the time, this list totally makes so much sense. I will give it a try and let you know what I come up with. I crave sugar mostly so I really need to dial it in on what to put in my body when this happens. New coffee fixin's

Coffee every morning, no questions asked!! I have started to use flavor extracts to spice up things up!   This morning I used a Carmel flavor with a splash of coconut dairy free creamer😋 it cuts the calories and still makes drinking coffee feel guilty But NO guilt!!  Creamers have tons of empty calories and are full of fat! Give this a try and tomorrow I will post about using coconut oil too!!
